Yeonil Mulhoe 연일물회

Shaved ice and cold broth go over live raw fish, cucumber, pear and carrot, and the gochujang dressing tastes sweet first with a mild heat behind it, in the Pohang style of mulhoe. Thin wheat noodles and a bowl of rice come with it: toss the noodles first, then drop the rice into the remaining soup. Eating in adds a hot spicy fish stew, which takeout orders leave out.
