The rotisserie chicken is cooked entirely by electric heat without any deep-frying, resulting in remarkably crispy skin that carries no greasiness whatsoever. Only fresh, domestically raised chickens slaughtered the same day are used, guaranteeing consistent freshness and producing a clean, wholesome flavor. The accompanying classic salad and pickled radish evoke a distinctly nostalgic combination that complements the chicken beautifully.
