Wonjo Sonmat Bajirak Kalguksu 원조손맛바지락칼국수

This kalguksu shop in a Yeongin-myeon alley has no sign, and the name only shows up on the receipt. Bajirak kalguksu arrives in a big metal bowl heaped with clams, cleaned so well that sand barely appears. The hand-made noodles come in three colors and the broth has a light chili kick from the start; pickled chilies or red pepper paste raise it further. The only other dish is ganjaemi hoemuchim, dressed raw skate.
