Ttukbang Guksu 뚝방국수

The bibim guksu sauce is neither salty nor very hot, yet a little heat lingers at the end, enough to bother young children. Even with bibim guksu, a small bowl of warm broth comes alongside. The janchi guksu has a strong anchovy broth, though on some days the pepper is heavy or a fishy note comes through, and opinions split on it. A double portion costs nothing extra and is very large.
