Subong Banjeom 수봉반점

Junghwa bibimbap, vegetables wok-fried hard in gochujang sauce and laid over rice, tastes more sweet and smoky than hot. Order it with the baramdori jjamppong, a clean noodle soup on vegetable stock, and the soup always comes first, with the rice after; the owner walks first-timers through that order and how to eat both. There is no street queue: a Naver booking or an order placed in advance gets you an entry time, and most people wait it out in the cafe next door.
