All-you-can-eat pork belly often turns out spongy, but here it is fresh, never-frozen domestic pork. Each table gets a free plate of beef rib-finger meat on arrival, and neck, jowl, thin beef brisket and makchang come from the self-serve bar. Sides such as doenjang stew, pasta, tteokbokki and ramyeon cost nothing extra, and regulars drop chili and beef brisket into the stew. Lunch runs a different lineup at a lower price than dinner.
