Songi Beoseot Maeul 송이버섯마을

Pine mushrooms go into the pot by the handful, and the songi beoseot jeongol (pine mushroom hot pot) is seasoned lightly so their scent carries the broth. Pyogo tangsuyuk, sweet-and-sour shiitake grown organically by the restaurant, arrives as a side and is refilled once. The road in crosses a hill, but signs point the way, and the garden has a swing and a short walking path.
