A chef's counter and private rooms with doors that close share one basement floor near Exit 2 of Gangnam Station. Lunch is a single-bowl meal such as the aged kaisendon (seafood over rice). At dinner the aged sashimi comes in small cuts, leaving ankimo canape, aged monkfish liver on crackers, and fried tilefish with a tart truffle sauce to carry the table.
