Ten chobap, the house set of 10 pieces, covers tuna, flatfish, squid, salmon and shrimp, while the Special widens the range of fish. Toppings are sliced long and thin rather than thick, and both the rice and the pickled rakkyo lean noticeably sweet. In winter, yellowtail sushi can be added for a richer, oilier bite. Cars go into the mechanical lot behind the building, and a stamp from the shop makes parking free.
