Sushi Ohayo 스시 오하요

A Japanese chef, working with his son, shapes the nigiri large, and the rice loosens gently in the mouth. The basic order is a 12-piece set, with fatty bluefin tuna belly (chamdaranga daebaetsal) to add or braised sea bream head (domi meori jorim) on the side. The miso soup that comes with the sushi gets its depth from shrimp heads.
