Antique furniture fills the room, and big windows let in sunlight and a view of the Itaewon street outside. A mother and daughter run the place together and greet guests at the door. Salads go well beyond plain greens, built from a long list of toppings such as salmon or bacon. For something warm, the kitchen makes a bulgogi vegetable rice bowl (bulgogi yachae deopbap) and a quinoa bowl, both lightly seasoned so the ingredients come through, and portions are generous enough to fill you up. Many guests are foreigners, and ordering in English is easy. Find it across from the Hamilton Hotel near Itaewon Station Exit 4; drivers can use the nearby Yongsan-gu Office car park. Dishes are adjusted for keto and other dietary restrictions, and chia pudding closes the meal.
