Sanbangsan Uridongne Sutbul Galbi 산방산 우리동네 숯불갈비

Jeju pork ribs go over natural hardwood charcoal, picking up a light char and smoky aroma outside while the inside stays juicy. Staff guide the grilling, and doenjang jjigae, a soybean-paste stew, comes alongside the ribs. It sits in Sagye-ri below Sanbangsan, close to Yongmeori Coast and Sagye Beach, and Olle Trail Route 10 runs through the same village.
