Samdong Soba 삼동소바

Food comes out very fast once ordered, but there is no indoor waiting area; you join the queue on CatchTable and sit on chairs outside. The hot onsoba broth has a gentle, bonito-like savoriness, and grated radish on the table goes in to taste. The cold soba broth has little or no ice, and it isn't especially chilled. The donkatsu uses gabrisal, a tender cut near the pork shoulder, under a crisp coating.
