An Indian chef cooks in the open kitchen, and Indian diners come in to eat as well. Butter chicken makhani is rich with custard-like cheese and plenty of chicken, and thick, chewy garlic naan is the one to tear into the curry. Portions are large: two curries, two naan and a bowl of rice cover three people.
