Ramura 라무라

Every bowl starts from a long-simmered chicken-bone broth, offered in black, white or red, and in two sizes nicknamed chick and chicken. The white chicken ramen is rich and clings to the lips; the red version is spicy like Korean chicken stew and works as a hangover cure. Gyoza wrapped in chicken skin come out crackly.
