The yuzu brings acidity while the pear adds crunch, sweetness and moisture. There is no seating in the shop itself; buy a coffee at Keochageu, the cafe on the ground floor, and you can eat your pastries there. Orders for pickup can be placed in advance by Instagram DM. The signature caramel tart chews cleanly without sticking to your teeth, and the flan pairs a crisp shell with a soft center. Pecan tonka tart, hazelnut Paris-Brest, financiers and arlettes round out the classic French side.
