Punggyeong Dolpan Gui 풍경돌판구이

The cheese nurungji roll wraps salty cheese in crisp scorched rice and comes drizzled with honey. It used to be rolled right on the stone slab, but now it is made in the kitchen and brought out, and since the duck takes a while to cook, ordering the roll up front gives you something to eat while you wait. Duck comes plain or seasoned, or half and half, and staff do the grilling and portioning. The plain roast is mildly seasoned, and once the seasoned duck is gone, kimchi fried rice is stir-fried in the sauce left on the slab. The building is a converted house with a roof that opens and closes automatically.
