The butter-grilled lobster at the seafood station receives the strongest praise, with freshly grilled portions dispensed in two-piece servings on a continuous basis. Snow crab quality varies by visit, though the overall seafood selection is broad. At the grill station, beef ribs and LA-style short ribs rank among the most popular meat options, while lamb chops show variation in tenderness from one visit to the next. Among the Chinese dishes, Cheongabokk and Palbochae stand out, and the Japanese sushi section operates at a standard level. The live pasta station prepares dishes immediately upon order, resulting in better noodle texture than is typical at buffet formats.
