Not every station justifies the price, but the butter-grilled lobster and the desserts live up to it. Lobster comes off the grill nonstop and is handed out two pieces at a time, and salted caramel ice cream, tiramisu and creme brulee are enough to fill a separate dessert plate. A glass of wine, red or white, comes with the meal. Weekends run in two fixed seatings and can feel rushed; weekdays are more relaxed.
