The broth has a faint fermented-soybean-paste note and almost no gamey smell, and the pork offal inside is generous. You can specify the fillings when ordering: sausage only, no sausage, lean meat only or intestines only. Dadaegi, a spicy seasoning paste, goes in by default and with a fairly heavy hand, so asking for it on the side lets you set the heat yourself. The sundae jeongsik adds tender boiled pork to dip in salted shrimp. Rice is cooked well, and a spicy chive pancake makes a shared side.
