Naori Shoku 나오리쇼쿠

Naori Shoku is a Japanese home-style dining restaurant near Pusan National University in Geumjeong-gu, Busan, with carefully composed set meals as its main draw. The menu includes chashu ochazuke, grilled salmon sets, and karaage sets, each accompanied by a different arrangement of small side dishes. The chashu is pre-seasoned for easy pairing with rice, and pouring barley tea over the remaining rice transforms it into a light ochazuke finish reminiscent of traditional sunnyung. A thoughtful touch of orange slices and jelly rounds out the meal as dessert.
