Naneungi Neungi Mushroom Baeksuk 나능이능이버섯백숙

Neungi samgyetang comes in a single-serving earthenware bowl, so one person can eat a neungi mushroom dish alone, while a group shares neungi dak baeksuk, a whole chicken simmered long with neungi mushrooms, jujubes and ginseng. The meat pulls apart along the grain and the pale broth smells of mushroom. Glutinous rice cooked in the leftover broth becomes porridge.
