Walk along the Gyeongbokgung palace wall into Seochon and you reach chef Yoon Ye-rang's French dining room, now past its 54th seasonal menu. The dinner course runs on seasonal produce, with the main varying by season between options such as lamb and Hanwoo beef steak.
