Anchovy stew, raw anchovies in a tangy dressing and fried anchovies all land on one table in the fresh anchovy ssambap set, with spicy stir-fried pork and salted oysters alongside. The raw anchovy salad is mild rather than fishy and lightly dressed, easy to wrap with rice in the generous pile of greens. Anyone at the table who would rather skip anchovies can take the dolsot rice set with sirloin bulgogi, grilled mackerel and Korean beef seaweed soup; both sets were 24,000 won per person on the 2026-09-01 menu. In winter a separate oyster spread appears, such as a grilled-oyster set.
