Downstairs feels like a small neighborhood pub with standing room and a few seats, while upstairs, big windows let a breeze reach the tables. A foreign owner and his Korean wife run the bar together, and ordering works fine without much English. The Old Fashioned is the classic here, and when things are slow the bartender will build a drink from a description of what you like, no menu needed. Gin and rum are also poured neat. Bar snacks sometimes run out early.
