The ground floor puts diners at a dachi counter facing a large griddle, watching okonomiyaki and noodles cook. Upstairs, each table has a griddle in its center that keeps finished dishes warm to the last bite. The chef behind Jojo appeared as the 'teppan boss' on Culinary Class Wars season 2. The okonomiyaki keeps its cabbage crunchy and carries large pieces of shrimp and squid, and a soft-cooked egg on top runs into the sauce. Karai yakisoba, spicy fried noodles with pork belly and seafood, picks up a charred aroma, and the signature set for two adds tonpeiyaki, fillings wrapped in soft omelet. Reservations go through CatchTable, and a queue still forms.
