Jungang Tonkatsu 중앙돈가스

Tonkatsu comes in small, medium and large, ordered at a kiosk; you carry the tray to your table and return the dishes yourself. The cutlets are handmade rather than factory-made, so the pork is thick under a thin, crisp coating. The same cutlet also goes between slices of soft bread as a katsu sando.
