The salchisal receives the highest marks among meat restaurants in the Hongdae vicinity, and the so-galbisal is considered exceptional by dedicated meat enthusiasts. Individual portions can be ordered per cut, making it easy to sample multiple varieties across the table. The fresh o-gyeopsal features an ideal lean-to-fat ratio that delivers both richness and a satisfying chew, and the marinated galbi is seasoned so precisely that it barely chars even without changing the grill plate. Yukhoe appears on the menu but draws mixed reviews, and the naengmyeon rates as average. Beyond the evening BBQ menu, lunchtime brings options like galbi-tang, beef soup rice, and yukhoe bibimbap, all served in generous portions with quality banchan for a lighter but complete meal. Ordering rice triggers complimentary doenjang-jjigae. The kimchi served as a side is aged sin-kimchi, and odeng-bokkeum makes an unexpected appearance among the banchan, though its flavor is unremarkable.
