Jokbo Seolleongtang 족보 설렁탕

The seolleongtang broth is nutty with a clean finish, and two sides, well-aged kimjang kimchi and cool radish kimchi, are all it needs. Summer adds a sweet-tart naengmyeon in young radish dongchimi, topped with pear and boiled egg, plus a bibim version, both on thin, soft noodles. After the meal, help yourself to the crackers, sweet potatoes, plum tea and brewed coffee set out to one side.
