Jeju Eunhiene Haejangguk Hongdae 제주은희네해장국 홍대점

Beef and radish simmer into the stock for sogogi haejangguk, a beef hangover soup served with generous meat and seonji (blood curd). Some beef falls apart into thin shreds while thicker pieces keep their grain, and the red seasoning deepens both color and heat as it dissolves. Seonji can be left out on request. Uncooked takeout packs are available for heating at home. The shop is on the ground floor along World Cup-buk-ro in Mapo-gu.
