Jangjiri Gamasot Haejangguk 장지리가마솥해장국

Extra blood curd and broth are free, as much as you ask for. In the gamasot haejangguk, the blood curd splits under a spoon like pudding, and the long-simmered tripe is soft rather than chewy. That soup, a beef gukbap and boiled beef-head meat (someori suyuk) make up the whole menu, and the kimchi and kkakdugi are made in-house.
