Janggun Amso Sutbul 장군암소숯불

There are two halls: one with floor seating where shoes come off, and another, entered from the parking side, with tables on a crushed-stone floor. Hanwoo galbisal (rib finger meat) is tender and nutty, and sirloin and a mixed platter are on the grill list too. The doenjang stew carries plenty of beef pieces and a rich stock, and the same broth poured over noodles becomes doenjang guksu.
