Inpyeong Ildeung Chueotang Seolleung Station 인평일등추어탕 선릉역점

The chueotang has almost no muddy or fishy taste: loaches are ground fine and simmered with plenty of dried radish greens. It comes mild or spicy, and a generous dish of garlic chives sits on the table to add freely. Sides include salted oyster and squid jeotgal, and rice is cooked in a stone pot so the scorched crust becomes nurungji. Loach pan-fried dumplings and boiled dumplings round out the menu, and diners who skip loach soup get tonkatsu, doenjang stew, omurice or soft tofu stew. The shop is near Seonjeongneung Station, open daily with no days off. At lunch the rush is heavy, but tables turn fast. Parking for about 6 cars comes with an attendant and no valet fee.
