Whole uncut rib bones lie in the clear broth, so you grip them with tongs and pull the meat off the bone. Wang-galbitang comes regular with two ribs or special with three, in the same broth. The queue runs through Tabling, and once the ribs run out the restaurant closes early, even at dinner.
