Igong Gimbap 이공김밥

Rice is spread thin in the tuna bomb gimbap so the tuna can take over, and each slice is too thick to eat in one bite. The tuna is not mixed with mayonnaise and stays dry unless you dip it in the dish of mayo served on the side. Igong gimbap is the burdock-root roll, and rabokki, tteokbokki with ramyeon noodles, keeps its noodles springy under the sweet-spicy sauce, with rice cakes and fish cake mixed in. Because the rolls are dry, a bowl of udon or ramyeon makes an easy match. The shop sits in front of Korea University's back gate near Anam intersection and closes for a break time.
