Well-aged kimchi, sour and funky from long fermentation, is rolled together with tuna in the mugeunji chamchi gimbap, and the acidity cuts through the rich fish. The wasabi crab-mayo roll adds a sharp wasabi bite to creamy crab mayo, and the siraegi roll centers on the soft, earthy greens of dried radish tops. Tteokbokki, udon and fried snacks turn a roll into a fuller meal. Once mainly takeout, the shop now has tables in the back. An appearance on the TV show Omniscient Interfering View, where comedian Lee Young-ja stopped by, made the shop known well beyond the Sookmyung area. It sits on a side street near Sookmyung Women's University Station.
