Hwangseook 황서옥

Naju-style gomtang means a broth as clear as galbitang, topped with plenty of chunky hanwoo beef. The menu is little more than this gomtang and yukgaejang. Takeout is not sold by the single bowl; it starts at two servings of the same item per container, with scallions, dried glass noodles and meat packed apart from the broth.
