The menu has its own baby rice, a generous bowl topped with a fried egg, soy sauce, sesame oil and crumbled seaweed. You grill the charcoal dakgalbi yourself while staff stir-fry the iron-plate version, and fried rice is only possible on the iron plate. The seasoning is on the strong side, and some found it got salty the longer it cooked. The Bukhan River is right outside the windows.
