Red seasoning paste is already stirred into the broth of the assorted sundae gukbap (modeum sundae gukbap), and fermented shrimp has seasoned it too, so staff will adjust salt or spice on request. Jeonju-style pi-sundae, blood sausage, tastes clean with no gamey edge, and dipping it in deulkkae chojang, a tangy chili sauce with perilla seed, adds nuttiness. Fillings differ by bowl and one version comes without sausage at all, so it pays to name what you want when ordering.
