Numbing Sichuan pepper and dried chili run through nearly every plate at this small Sichuan spot near Hyochang Park. Homeland liangmian, cold noodles tossed in a spicy, nutty sauce, makes a cool opener, and lazi ji, small pieces of fried chicken buried in dried chilies, is more about crisp coating and chili aroma than sauce. Mapo tofu works best spooned over rice, so each bite takes as much sauce as you like.
