Textile patterns and bright decor set a Central Asian mood on the third floor of an Itaewon building, where lamb chops, lamb skewers, kebabs and plov make up most of the menu. The lamb chops are thick and moist with only a mild gaminess, though sensitive diners will still notice it. Skewers taste best straight off the grill; once they cool, the fat firms up and the lamb flavor sharpens. Plov, Uzbek rice cooked with meat, fat and spices, balances the grilled meat.
