Gyeomson Tonkatsu 겸손돈가스

A diner who never ate fish cutlets came back for this shop's version, and for a tonkatsu place the fish cutlet (saengseon gaseu) comes up surprisingly often. Regulars still point first to the cheese tonkatsu. Tenderloin goes with the sauce, loin with wasabi salt, and the curry gets a squeeze of lemon. Since the move to a larger space, an old-school Korean-Western style cutlet has joined the menu.
