The mul milmyeon broth has almost none of the herbal-medicine note common in Busan milmyeon; it opens sweet, tangy and cool. Only two dishes exist, mul and bibim milmyeon, with no dumplings or boiled pork to add. Even the regular is a big pile of noodles, and the large is for genuinely big eaters. A kettle of warm broth lands on the table the moment you sit down.
