Located in Daehwa-dong, Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang-si, this milmyeon and dwaeji-gukbap (pork soup) specialist opened in 2013 and has since expanded to include an annex building, reflecting its steady popularity. It is widely regarded as one of the best places in the Seoul-Gyeonggi metropolitan area to experience Busan-style milmyeon and pork soup, faithfully capturing the essence of Gyeongsang-do flavors. The dwaeji-gukbap features thinly sliced lean pork without fatty cuts, swimming in a rich yet remarkably clean broth free of any off-putting odor. The milmyeon has a subtle herbal undertone - mildly savory rather than bold - which suits diners who prefer clean, understated flavors over intense seasoning. The gogi-guksu (meat noodle soup) in gopbagi (large) size is legendary for its sheer volume, arriving in a basin-sized bowl with fresh noodles in a deep, seolleongtang-like broth topped with thick yet tender slices of pork. Ordering the mandu (dumplings) alongside is considered essential to fully appreciate the restaurant's range - many regulars insist the meal is incomplete without them. The suyuk (boiled pork slices) is another strong addition for groups. The restaurant provides parking for six to seven vehicles in front of the building, and the staff remain friendly even during peak hours.
