Ganggyeong Haemul Kalguksu 강경해물칼국수

Geotjeori, a fresh kimchi seasoned with Ganggyeong's fermented seafood, is tossed as soon as you order; it tastes slightly sweet and spicy but runs salty. Haemul kalguksu, seafood knife-cut noodle soup, is the only dish, with oysters in winter and shrimp the rest of the year. The noodles are soft and thick, closer to udon than chewy kalguksu, which not everyone likes.
