Yukhoe bibimbap comes piled with seasoned raw beef and plenty of vegetables. At least one diner ordered a separate plate of yukhoe and found the dressing far too sweet; anyone at the table avoiding sugar is better off with yuk sashimi, raw beef sliced without any sauce. The beef hot pot (sogogi jeongol) is generous with meat, and its broth is rich yet finishes clean.
