The menu has just two lines, the Yeongwol set and the Donggang set, and once you sit down Gangwon Province dishes arrive one after another: buckwheat crepes, mung bean chicken porridge, gamja ongsimi (potato dumplings in broth), acorn jelly over rice, rice cooked with dried radish greens. The Donggang set adds bossam, boiled pork topped with spicy dried pollack and dried radish, and needs at least two diners. Waits run long even on weekdays, so joining the Catchtable remote queue before you set off cuts the wait, and a park right next door makes the time pass easier. The potato rice cakes at the end are easy to leave half-eaten, and plastic bags are set out for taking them home. No alcohol is sold.
