Its avocado pasta salad spreads short pasta and leafy greens across a broad plate, then adds halved avocado, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and basil pesto. The avocado contributes a soft, fatty texture, shrimp supplies a springy bite, tomato releases fresh moisture, and the pasta remains distinctly chewy under the dressing. Greens extend around the edge instead of disappearing under the sauce, so their volume remains separate from the thicker pesto coating. The honey ricotta blanket is an open sandwich built on a broad slice of bread. A substantial layer of ricotta covers the toasted surface, with honey and arugula placed above it. Crisp bread, slightly granular cheese, viscous honey, and peppery leaves form visible layers rather than a closed sandwich filling. The guacamole shrimp sandwich replaces the ricotta with mashed avocado and shrimp, using a green, savory spread and exposing the ingredients along its cut edge.
