Carbonara donkatsu pairs a rich cream sauce with a faint chili kick that keeps it from turning heavy, and it arrives with rice, salad and a small portion of pasta. In the chili garlic donkatsu, cereal-crisp garlic softens into a sweet sauce. The HOT donkatsu is sweet and spicy, and mozzarella and snow-cheese chili versions cover the cheese side.
