Wood-fired crusts come out crisp outside and chewy inside, and a candle warmer at the table keeps the pizza from cooling. Primavera pizza goes light on cheese and lets fresh vegetables, basil and balsamic dressing lead. Margherita and quattro formaggi come off the same dough. The pancetta pasta lacks the saltiness of a bacon pasta because the pancetta is cured at low temperature. For something creamier, there is gamberi crema pasta and a thick risotto. Seasoning stays mild throughout, with pickles and draft beer alongside.
