Deokhyeon Kalguksu 덕현칼국수

Clams, mussels, a whole squid and small octopus all go into the seafood kalguksu pot at once, and it starts out more like a seafood stew. Pick the seafood out in turn, then add the hand-cut noodles, which cook up chewy in a broth that has grown richer by then. Haemul dakhanmari simmers a chicken in with the seafood for an even deeper broth, and it ends the same way, with kalguksu noodles.
